Our Story

Where Every Meal Feels Like Coming Home

Nestled at 88 Matahimik Street in Teacher's Village, AMBAI was born from a simple but powerful idea: that food is always better when shared. We took the Filipino concept of tambayan — a gathering place for friends and community — and gave it a modern soul.

From our Pinatayong Manok that commands every table to our Kare-Kare Burger that fuses East and West, every dish at AMBAI tells a story of Filipino identity expressed with contemporary flair. Our chefs honor tradition while embracing creativity.
